CARTA HOTEL KYOTO GION (the “Hotel”) recognises the importance of your personal information and handles it with care. To provide better products and services, we take the following measures and responsibly protect your information.
1. Compliance with laws and regulations
Our directors and all employees, including part-time staff, comply with laws, regulations and other standards concerning personal information protection and work to protect your information.
2. Appropriate collection, use and disclosure
We collect personal information by appropriate means and use it only for purposes clearly specified in advance. We do not disclose it to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where the requirements prescribed by law are met.

If we decline a request in accordance with applicable laws or regulations, we will explain the reason.
